Ingredients:
Chops flattened ½ kg
Mince 250 gm
Bread slices 2
Green chilies finely chopped 3
Egg 1 or 2
Chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 4 tbsp
Method:
Marinate 250gm mince with 2 soaked bread slices, 1 egg, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp chili powder, 4 tbsp finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 3 green chilies chopped, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper and 1 tsp mustard, mix everything well, flatten chops, marinate with salt, pepper, mustard a pinch each, wrap the prepared mince over the flatten chops, shape well, roll in bread crumbs, shallow fry in oil on very low flame for 20 minutes, serve with fries and ketchup.
