Ingredients:
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Green chilies sliced 4
Kashmiri red chilies (soaked and ground) 6
Onion finely chopped 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Coriander powder 1 tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Almond paste 2 tbsp
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Lemon wedges to garnish
Method:
Heat ½ cup oil in a pan, fry 1 cup chopped onion till soft, add 1 tbsp each chopped ginger and garlic, fry for 2 minutes, add 6 ground red chili paste with 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp all spice powder and 3 tbsp tomato paste, fry well adding little water, add ½ kg chicken pieces, cover and cook for 15 minutes till chicken is tender, remove chicken in a platter. Garnish with 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 4 green chilies and lemon wedges. Serve with hot Naan.
