Ingredients:
Pineapple jelly 1 packet
Cream 1 packet
Vanilla ice cream ½ liter
Pineapple pieces 1 cup
Gelatin 1 tbsp heaped
Method:
Dissolve 1 packet pineapple jelly and 1 tbsp gelatin in 1cup of boiling water, cool and leave to set partially, chopped 1 cup pineapple into tiny pieces add to the jelly, also mixed in the ½ liter whipped ice cream, mix all well, pour in a glass bowl, chill till set, decorate with fresh cream, cherries and pineapple cubes.
