Ingredients:
Chicken breast 200 gms,
Spring onion 2, cut diagonally in 1 inch pieces
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Carrot 1 cut in strips
Capsicum 1 cut in strips
Cabbage 1 cup, cut into juliennes
Black Pepper 1 tsp, Crushed
Salt ½ tsp
Pasta boiled 3 cups
Mixed herb 1 tsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Chilly garlic 1 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Method:
1. Chicken breast cut in strips & marinate with Salt, black pepper ½ tsp each, soy sauce 1 tbsp
2. Heat oil; add crushed garlic, slightly brown.
3. Add marinated chicken, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
4. Add in all vegetables, seasonings.
5. Lastly fold in pasta. Mix all well & serve.
