Ingredients:
Chick piece boiled 1 ½ cup
Lemon juice ¼ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
Paprika ¼ tsp
Tahina 2 tbsp heaped
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Parsley for garnish
Water as required
Olive oil as required
Method:
In a blender add 1 ½ cup boiled chick piece, 1 tbsp crushed garlic, 1 tsp salt, ¼ cup lemon juice, 2 tbsp yogurt and 2 tbsp heaped tahina, blend to a fine paste, remove in a bowl, sprinkle with olive oil as required, dash of ¼ tsp paprika and parsley.
